Even though I recommend this hotel, I lost a reservation while trying to make reservations from many months ago till today using Marriott rewards. I ended up losing my reservation and the hotel would not make it right by giving my old reservation causing conflict in my trip. While you couldn’t give me a room two days prior, you should have honored my original reservations less than 5 minutes later.
This very well appointed hotel is within walking distance to several very good restaurants and shopping. Secure parking is under the hotel. It is very centrally located in the heart of Jackson Hole. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Our weeks long stay back in April 2018 couldn’t have been better. Traveling the world for a living and staying at 100’s of properties a year, this Marriott nailed it with location, cleanliness but mostly service. Kudos to Ricky (front desk) Kevin (bartender and all around great guy), and now Joe who we met as a patron while visiting, couldn’t have been nicer to us truly making us feel like family! Being from North Carolina and never experiencing your side of the country was absolutely amazing! Our anniversary trip was made complete by the OUTSTANDING staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Having staff genuinely interested in guests & sharing stories, made the experience even more like spending time with friends. Presley is an absolutely amazing person, she is awesome at her job & with making people feel welcomed & comfortable! When we return to that side of the world, this place will be our go to!!!
Very new, centrally located downtown, walking distance to most activities and shops. We would definitely stay there again.
