Close to airport,close to town, quiet environment for resting before heading to Yellowstone National Park.

Unacceptable! We arrived at 4:30pm to check in and the lady at the lobby informed us that we our room was cancelled due to overbooking, so we will have to be relocated in another hotel. They did nothing to us we had to do everything on our own. Call to find another hotel for the night. Very poor customer service. While we were on the phone they could at least propose us something to drink or help us, but nothing was done. I have to say I have rarely experienced such a bad customer service.

Hey folks stayed in several of these accommodations and the location is superlative to park your car & venture around town turning your stay into an adventure, front desk staff very helpful as well as housekeeping. Do yourself a favor if looking for a place in Jackson Hole to spend one night or several “book it” you’ll thank me later.
