First, I’d like to recognize your night audit employee — he was incredibly kind and helpful upon our early morning arrival, and we truly appreciated his welcoming attitude after a long drive. We booked rooms for a tournament and had a family emergency so my wife could not attend the weekend event. They made us lose our double bed rooms and switched to a single king. They wouldn’t honor the rate 3 days out and charged us an additional $100. Hilton from now on!!
I always seem to have a great experience with Mariott.
Odd experience. We checked in around 9:30. The lady working the front desk was exceptional! Truly fantastic service. When we went to our room we were met with a surprise - the room was not clean. All the beds were a mess. She apologized and said the system showed clean. She took us to the next assigned room to make sure it was ready - and it was.
