Odd experience. We checked in around 9:30. The lady working the front desk was exceptional! Truly fantastic service. When we went to our room we were met with a surprise - the room was not clean. All the beds were a mess. She apologized and said the system showed clean. She took us to the next assigned room to make sure it was ready - and it was. During my current stay, I had an issue where my laundry got stuck in a broken washing machine. Ameer from the hotel staff went above and beyond to help. He quickly retrieved my laundry, arranged to have it re-cleaned, and had it brought to my room. His professionalism, prompt action, and genuine care turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. I had to go stay in Bham on 8/18/25 bc I was having an Infusion the next day. I Always stay at Hampton Inn any time i travel but I thought I would try something different. I walked in and I was greeted w a smile n he was able to give me a discount bc I was staying bc of Medical reasons. The lobby smelt so good and looked very clean. He showed me a rm and I took it.
