Great, caring nurses & Dr in Emg. for my 97 year old mom.
It was OK but it was the weekend, understaffed and an incident occurred that was not the fault of the hospital but it took all staff away from patients. Nurses were nice and doctors good.
If I could give no stars I would. I have the worst experience with a woman named sue. She's a miserable bitch. Who told me she can't find my insurance and didn't have time to sit with me bc she had other patients. When there was no patients waiting. The nurse had already told me what room I was in and was waiting for me. She needs to be fired she was miserable from the time I walked in.
I have severe pain in my left side , the first doctor ( a female ) was very nice and started running tests but when I got back from the ultra sound another doctor ( A male ) was very abrupt and unprofessional , he did no further testing and just asked me if I felt better with "those Percocets ", told me i shouldn't be taking tramadol for my back pain ((that by the way is prescribed by back doctor at Rothman ))) I should be doing rehab instead for it ((which I have done )) I am following up with my doctor and OB , and I will ... read more
This hospital is so dirty. Trash cans over flowing, trash on floors. Floors so dust looks like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. And the staff are so rude!!!! I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone
Just wanted to say thanks to Crozier Keystone and the Springfield Hospital. My 11 year old son Jack had an allergic reaction to a medicine he was taking and they had us in and out in 30 minutes - on Christmas no less ! Thanks again, and Merry Christmas.
