RecommendedAlways excellent service and food
We went here for a family function with a large party and called ahead several times including right before we left the house. They told us we couldn’t make a reservation because there was no wait. We showed up 15 minutes later and the place was packed. My father just had hip surgery and how there’s a TWO HOUR wait. But the online reservation stills says 5-10 minute wait. UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And the manager was completely unhelpful. Will NEVER spend money at this place. What a joke.
A dear friend from NYC visits me almost every year. For 28 years we have had dinner at Springfield Grille and treasure this lovely tradition!
