Good food & service. Everyone was polite and friendly. Went on a week day at 1:30pm. Peaceful!
The food is always amazing! We recently hosted a surprise anniversary party in the party room. Kendra was incredible and made it so easy on us. The wait staff took very good care of us. We love Rachel's!!!!!!
our first time to Rachel's and it was outstanding! the waitress(brianna ) I believe was her name,,,was excellent! friendly,quick, and knew her job well....my hubby got the ribs and they were very yummy he said, I got the cheesey mac with bacon and it sure was cheesey!...and the ice tea was fresh and very good and lots of it!..we will return when In the area!...keep up the great work!!
We absolutely love Rachel's Roadhouse! We've always had great food and service. I would like to say our server today was Jordan he was excellent! Very polite and always smiling.
The ribs were huge,.chicken was also great, not too expensive,n great appetizers.
Great food and service every time I've been there
After waiting 30mins to be seat when clearly booths were available the service just got worse. People arriving after us got food, check and to go boxes before we even had food. Product was undercooked and really not that good took forever to get refills or even aknowledgement we were there just poor poor all around.
