I have never had to use this facility for prompt care, but I have routine lab work done here. I have found the staff is sometimes short (which is somewhat expected at a prompt care facility, sadly), but always helpful, and the phlebotomists are second to none. The parking lot is loony, but given their location aside Wabash St, it is also to be expected. I have never waited more than 20 minutes, and usually it's less than 10. I am in and out and back to work quickly. This lab suits my lifestyle and is in a good location.

Handicap parking is the worst and very inconvenient. Staff is wonderful. Whoever designed your parking lot is an idiot.
