Staff friendly. Physician had reviewed my previous history and was able to discuss all aspects of my medical care.
I have been with Dr. Mark McKay and his physician assistants for years. The professionalism and support of my and family's needs have been excellent.
Since I started going to Springfield Clinic two years ago, I have been very pleased with the exceptional care provided. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and I am seen at the time of my appointment with no wait. Mindy Sanders has gone above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. She thoroughly check every issue and forms a clear resolution for every possible problem. I couldn't be any happier and I thank God for my team of Dr. Sapetti /Mindy Sanders.
Dr. Mark McKay is a fantastic physician. He listens and spends the time with you to make you feel like you are the only patient in the world. Even with a waiting room full of people, I never leave feeling rushed or unheard.
Dr. Beth Seth is an excellent pediatrician. The staff there is friendly, helpful & care about their patients.
The staff here at Prompt care is always pleasant and they are very efficient in getting their patients taken care of!
