I called them and told them my systems and they had me come in and soon as possible. They check me for Covid and the flu, and both were negative. I had just change Dr. a couple months ago and I’m very satisfied!!! Keep up the good work, I would recommend them to every body!! Thank you very much
Absolutely the worst patient communicatio. The doctors take there time getting back to you, if they even bother to. The nurses are definitely not top notch and getting answers there nearly impossible uless you pull them out of the staff.
Appt at 11:20 Checked in at 10:55 It’s now 12:15 and have yet to see a doctor. Didn’t even get called back to my room until 12. This is completely unacceptable and seems to be getting worse with each visit! We will be seeking a new primary as this location can not get its act together!
Prompt Care West: Arrived 13 minutes before opening; weather: rain. Patiently stood, with another patient, under awning for a few minutes hoping that we would be allowed to enter building, especially considering weather, to wait until Prompt Care opened. Negative.
