Great beer and great food is the name of our game at SBC. When it comes to food, our talented kitchen crew works tirelessly to put out delicious fare that strays from traditional bar food. While you can always fill up on a warm pretzel or a plate full of spicy wings, you can also find some more unusual eats like our veggie-packed curry or our truffle oil angel hair pasta. The service was extremely poor, and the food arrived cold and was poorly flavored. The beer I ordered was nice.

RecommendedNever a bad beer here. Best place to take your old man, and talk about life. Sandwiches are good as well. Take the free tour if you can!
They really need to come up with better light beers and food
I have been friends with the brew masters here through my homebrew club. I am blown away by their knowledge and their beer. The food is always great, but the beer always shows the quality, and they do a great job, as do all 3 breweries in Springfield
