Great beer and great food is the name of our game at SBC. When it comes to food, our talented kitchen crew works tirelessly to put out delicious fare that strays from traditional bar food. While you can always fill up on a warm pretzel or a plate full of spicy wings, you can also find some more unusual eats like our veggie-packed curry or our truffle oil angel hair pasta. I am from Illinois and I was visiting family in Springfield. They know how much I like beer and suggested I eat here. I got a sample flight and every beer was good. I especially enjoyed the grapefruit gose and del fuego. The food was simply outstanding. I had the Maui wowie pizza, my wife had the fish and chips, my oldest son the sirloin and youngest son also had the fish and chips. Everyone left happy and full. We will be visiting again. Jeremy was our server and he was outstanding as well.
