Great beer and great food is the name of our game at SBC. When it comes to food, our talented kitchen crew works tirelessly to put out delicious fare that strays from traditional bar food. While you can always fill up on a warm pretzel or a plate full of spicy wings, you can also find some more unusual eats like our veggie-packed curry or our truffle oil angel hair pasta. Love the Equinox IPA. The food was also pretty good! Service was friendly. If I find myself randomly in Springfield again I'd stop back by.
The food was awesome but the service was TERRIBLE. It started the moment we walked in with the lack luster hostess and my kiddo almost getting hit in the head with your clipboard menus by waiters and waitresses not once but twice. We got seated and had possibly the worst service we've ever had. The food really was delicious and that's the ONLY reason I would ever risk the horrible service again.

Always a good experience. Friendly staff, great beer. Never have ordered anything I didn’t like. I tend to go for late lunches or mid afternoon meetings. Very relaxed, great service.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere, have eaten at SBC several times, really enjoyed it.
Not too impressed. Eaten here before with pretty good service before. Our experience tonight was awful. It took 30 minutes to get a patty melt and Mac and cheese. My 3 year old had Mac and cheese and wouldn't eat it because it was cold. Patty melt was lukewarm. We waited 15 minutes next to the empty table we were eventually seated at. Had to ask for silverware and napkins after the food arrived. Sheesh. Better service at a Denny's for half the price. Not coming here again.
Every beer I sampled I would have drank a pint of, which never happens when I do sampler flights. Food was excellent too. Great locale.
Great atmosphere...great food...great drinks...great customer service!
