They never answer the phone or return a call— service has been meh compared to other companies we’ve worked with in the past. Accounting team doesn’t bill correctly.

Today we were set to move. Not so much move as abandon our house altogether and live in our cars. This after Patrick M Corkrean saw a "rat" in our garage last night. But thank goodness Art with Springer made an after hours stop to let us know we were dealing with a ground squirrel. After we un-ducktape our garage door, we're going to sleep like babies

I have been a customer of Springer for years. They have always cleaned my carpet and whenever I have had a problem with a stain or some other damage they are always willing to come back immediately to take care of it. However, I have never had a technician who has done such an amazing job as Tyler. I love the knowledge he offers and him being so thorough. I only want Tyler to do my carpets. Thank you Taylor for doing such an amazing job.
