I have been using Springer Floor Care for a few years now and want to say what a great job they do and are on time. I had Bernie as my carpet care professional today and he did an awesome job and was very respectful of my home and me. Will be requesting him again.
Springer was asked to inspect my property when it was sold to a couple using a VA loan. Carpenter bees were found. My son and I sprayed the bees until they fell to the ground. We stomped them to ensure they were dead. A $318 charge was included for the extermination costs of the bees. They collected the money despite the fact that they did not kill those bees. Yes! They are the best. Bernie D is our go to Technician who does a great job cleaning our carpets! Five stars all the way! Also the gal who answers the phone is pretty terrific too! I wouldn’t trust anyone else ...
