I have been using Springer Floor Care for a few years now and want to say what a great job they do and are on time. I had Bernie as my carpet care professional today and he did an awesome job and was very respectful of my home and me. Will be requesting him again.
Springer was asked to inspect my property when it was sold to a couple using a VA loan. Carpenter bees were found. My son and I sprayed the bees until they fell to the ground. We stomped them to ensure they were dead. A $318 charge was included for the extermination costs of the bees. They collected the money despite the fact that they did not kill those bees. Caleb was at our house bright and early Saturday morning. He was even early. Very professional and personable young man. Explained everything step by step and answered all our questions. We are very happy with the service we recieved.
Caleb is wonderful. He is the reason we continue to use Springer Services. He is knowledgeable of his profession, personable, polite, thorough, and always striving to please. We appreciate him so much and his dedication to keep our home pest free.
We were scheduled through out apartment complex for a heat treatment today, December 23rd. We have spent the past week preparing for this so we could get our tree up for the kids in time for Christmas and nothing is being done to correct this because of a computer glitch when they entered it into the system. There needs to be someone at our apartment today.
For the 3rd time, Springer didn’t show up or call for an appointment. I’ve always had trouble getting invoices from them, and I’ve been invoices when they no-showed. When calling the office to explain the issue, I don’t think they could care any less. My business would not survive if I operated this way
