Totally disorganized. Multiple people called about a bill that was already paid. Even after submitting cancelled check and evidence of the payment, continued to receive calls. DO NOT USE THEM. The people running the office don't know what they are doing.
I've used Springer for my business needs as well as at my home. They have always done a great job, very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone I've dealt with has always been happy to answer questions, great group of people!

Springer Pest Solutions has the best customer service of anyone I've hired! I moved into a house that was over run with fleas. Springer was 100% dedicated to eradicating them. Even though my house needed several treatments, and was located in a small town outside of Cedar Rapids, they never dropped the ball.
