I seldom write reviews and I never gush, but Dr Springer is a freaking saint! I have seen a variety of chiropractors over the years, all using muscle-testing to see what was wrong, give me an adjustment and send me on my way, but I never saw any lasting change, only alleviation of my current pain. I have been going to Dr. Springer for my chiropractic needs for years now, and he is like a miracle worker. When my back goes out, he fixes it. End of story. I always leave his office feeling better than when I went in. He is extremely professional and knowledgable, and I always learn something new while talking to him. His help is very much appreciated!
The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.
They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.
