springbrook apartments are under new ownership. For the last 3 months I have some kind of debris coming through the bathtub faucet. I have video of this mess and they keep telling me there is nothing wrong. I also had the maintenance man tell me he did not have to leave my apartment cause he is the maintenance man. That turned in to an ugly scene that happened in front of my 5 year old daughter. Now I'm stuck in a lease with nasty yuck coming through the faucet in the tub.
