I was leased an apartment based off of the leasing tenant giving false information and them having false advertisement on their website. I believe that my lease was modified for various reasons. One of those reason being that they took about 2-3 months to give me my lease. I was told that I could not have a copy of my lease until the manager signed it. These apts were build in 1980-ish. You hear your neighbors do everything...seriously paper thin walls. They can update all they want and charge you for it, and its still not worth it to have no privacy. Let's not forget the office staff is the most rude and unfriendly people I've ever had to interact with. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! TRUST ME!
Y’all should be ashamed of yallselves for doubling rent at a time like this. Many ELDERS live with yall and are living on a fixed income. I hope your apartments rot and tear down and yall end up paying every penny for it!! God sees everything!
Hit families with an expensive price hike during a crisis. Just not right. Will never support. Pray these people when the crisis is over all find a new place to stay. The apartments are not worth that much.
Shame on you for increasing rent at a time like this. As a member of the kernersville community, I will not be recommending your apartments to anyone.
Will not reccomend these apartments. Even in these tough economic times, Springbook is almost DOUBLING the rent for seniors from 415 to 778 for no reason. Will reccomend everyone to stay away
Substandard living spaces for a way higher price than is reasonable. Wood paneling, old carpet, troubles with maintenance and safety. Didn’t recommend prior to the price increase, definitely not worth it now.

My apartment flooded because their lack of properly trained maintenance staff, and they didn't do anything to help during that situation, aside from remind me that they weren't going to be held responsible.
