The screen of my Mac had no image. I took it to them and got charged $100 for diagnose and “fix”. They concluded the problem was due to the operating system and rebooted the Mac. It was working when I picked it up but failed again 2 days after. Due to the wrong diagnosis, I’m requesting a reimbursement but my emails are being ignored. I am back in Europe and unable to go to their store. I feel they are taking advantage of this situation. I want my money back.
Used their services 2 times for broken I phone screens... excellent service, friendly guys and speedy accurate repair!!!
These guys are great! Always professional, and always willing to help me out anytime I have any problems with my computer. Definitely my go to spot for any problems I have with my Mac.
