I'm a junior. the only things i had problems with in the complex was the fact that the maintence would only fix what they felt like was relevant to them. I needed new furniture and it was never done. i like the roommate matching but the issue with that was that they put a freshman in my apartment with a bunch of us 21yr olds and she was very immature. the rent is only good when you sign your lease with the deals offered. other than those things i like the community, the staff are helpful and inviting. the shuttles are very c... read more

Spring Place is a really great community for college students. If you're looking for a nice apartment, with a resort style pool, that's gated I would definitely recommend living there. �
