I've really enjoyed my time living at Spring Place! The office staff has worked with me for the past couple years, always willing to help. Eric especially makes my visits to the office really enjoyable. Great place to live and I couldn't suggest it more strongly!

I love spring place!! Eric and the rest of the staff are so kind and really make you feel like you’re home. Great location being only a few miles from campus with awesome amenities!

I love living at spring, the WiFi is great, the pool is awesome, Andrew and Eric are amazing leasing consultants. Staff is very friendly and they stay on top of any issues you are having with your apartment, very safe community and great commute for students at UNCG. Not too too far from A&T as well. They have a work out gym, and are always hosting events. Great place to stay
