Ra’chel was awesome!!!!!! Go see her for all info and tours. She’s amazing at her job even answered questions before I asked them. Very friendly and informative. Also....originally came just to look but I’m sold I’m getting in here ASAP
Spring Place is at a great location and the staff, especially Eric is extremely helpful.
I hated it here !!!! There was always an issue about something as far as utilities , problems with the gates , small bed rooms , the blinds were always falling down , furniture needs to be updated , When needed to speak with the manager you could never get in contact with them , Mold was found in the washer and the list goes on just Awful
Leased here may 2017. Renewed my lease so I wouldn’t have to move. They decided to move me from my unit into another unit ANYWAYS and did not notify me that they had movers on site to help so did it on my own. Awful experience with staff entering late at night with their own key. AWFUL experience with the shuttle. Shuttle will leave 5 minutes early or not come at all leaving people stranded. Apartment complex does not notify people of schedule changes. When I moved in every single key they gave me was wrong; wrong apartment ... read more

After turning my keys into the office today after close to two years of living at Spring Place apartments, I felt it only right to leave a review of my take on the place. So apparently management has a problem with cleaning the pool after an "animal" has been in there. Wasn't a specified animal, they just said "animal". The manager obviously didn't want to handle the issue.

Me and my friend! Just tour and sign are lease at spring place ,and Rachel was great ! She answer all our question and was very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to move in next year semester!!
