Terrible. Roach infestation and getting put on the bug man list AGAIN. They gave us some sticky roach pads until he can come but it never seems to work.. I’m disgusted. Oh and HUGE SPIDERS. On one occasion the bug man and one of the workers in the office came by and didn’t even spray. Told me to just kill them or that they will eventually die??! WHAT!? A HUGE roach literally crawled on my boyfriend in bed who was laying next to me and then made it to the wall. I will NEVER rent from them AGAIN. BIGGEST MISTAKE.
Place is kinda garbage, owe 2k to them, but I gave up paying cause nothing got fixed it's stupid af how that works ain't it
Pictures should speak louder than words. Cockroach infestations, black mold growing (and not being fixed, just painter over), rude manager, and people trying to get into your apartment. Trust me when I say listen to the reviews. I ignored them when I moved in, and now I am facing the consequences as I move out.
Nasty apartments, staff rude , maintenance never available.. charge you fees for early termination as well as a early termination fee every month for 6 month lease ! Keeps your deposit!! I could go on and on !! SCAMMERS!! Stay away 😡😡
Recommendedso far so good. been here about 3 months now. yes the buildings are older. yes the appliances we had when first moved in were older then me. phyllis the new manager is great! the maintenance guys are so nice. since moving in we have had washing machine, fridge, garage disposal and dishwasher replaced as they were pretty original to the apartment. they get out to you as soon as they possibly can. there are only 2 maintenance men for the whole complex and they do an amazing job. and like any older apartment the walls are a lit... read more

I'm absolutely DISGUSTED with SPRING LAKE APARTMENTS and their actions against me. My wife and I had rented a 2 bed 1 bath apt. for 3 FULL YEARS AND NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT(direct deposit 500$)!!! We even gave a 2 month notice and cleaned the apartment SPOTLESS before leaving and service was OK during our time there. I could go on to complain about not getting my deposit (250$) back or them flying by on golf carts close to my baby or them not picking up a GRAIN of trash the whole 3 years but that's not why I'm appalled, they ... read more
