Hated living here. Cockroaches in the building, old appliances, freezing cold wind blowing in through the ancient windows in the middle of winter. Something is always broken 24/7, 365 - if it’s not the elevators (sometimes all 3 at the same time! 👍) it’s the laundry machines, or the pool, or the water that gets shut off every single month for maintenance. My husband and I loved living in the building, we lived in the building for a year and a half! The location is amazing, and the building structure is very good. Additionally, the manager and the team were incredibly supportive during our time there, which made our transition to Canada so much smoother and more enjoyable. A big thank you to the building manager and the entire Capreit team!
