An absolute waste of time. Told me my appraisal would be taken care of in the closing costs. Then requested $599 for the appraisal. I supplied all the information that was requested. They led me along for almost 10 days, and then said they couldn't give me the loan and wouldn't refund me the $599. I wouldn't recommend a company that carries their business in this manner.
