I went in on Saturday because I had broken a tooth off. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to dentists so I was very nervous. They got me back to see the doctor but said they may not be able to treat me that day. The doctor did the exam and told me what he recommended. He asked how soon I wanted to do it. I told him that day if possible. He told me that he wanted me to come back at 3 so he could get started. I went back and had the first step of a four step process completed. The good: very informative and friendly staff and medical professionals. The hygienist gave my wife a great lesson on tooth science and the dentist very patiently explained to me the best way to brush. The bad: the person who flosses was very rough and made me and my wife both bleed. She forced the floss straight in instead of working it back and forth.

Outstanding My visit with Dental Depot was great. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, even when I was running late for my appointment. The new customer gift bag is something I have not seen at other dentists, and I was given a choice to have "comfort items" the make the experience more pleasant.
