The office and the staff are just outstanding!! My 4 year old son had two fillings done today and he was a bit anxious and just would not lay still even with the sedation medicine but Dr. Vincent and his assistant did a great job consoling my 4 year old and getting him to relax. I am highly satisfied!!!
Great people, my son really liked all of them. He wasn't afraid or anything and I think that's because of the welcoming people. Thank you all again!!
Took our 4 year old son here this week, who's had a horrible experience with other dentist in the past! Dr. Vincent was Awesome! Not only did his office staff & himself thoroughly explain everything to us, they were SO patient with our extremely anxious son. He answered any and all of our questions concerning our sons dental issues and set up a plan to address them! We had our first visit today and it was amazing!! Dr. Alice Luan is awesome and they take care of your kids very well and have toys for them to play with before seeing the dentist!!
First time visit today and the staff and service was amazing! At our last dentist my son cried and wouldnt let them do his cleaning but today everything went great from the moment we got there and were greeted so kindly. Annaliese was so patient and good with him while getting his xrays. After jackie did his cleaning and she was great with him too. I told her theyre office is definately focused on the child. My son Joshua is Autistic and gets very nervous around the dentist, he not only got his first ever dental X-rays done but he got SIX of them. Not forced but actually cooperated with the assistant. He didn't really want an exam done, he was nervous but Dr. Vincent was very patient with him. This may seem like a small thing but for my son being almost 6 and barely getting his first set is simply a proud mama moment for me! Staff was very polite. Dentist cleaned my sons teeth not a hygienist! Office was very clean. Dentist explained xrays & positive education on dental hygiene.
