Shout out to Alan for exceptional customer service and advice. I compete with an Infinity Open but have a PPQ Q5. The Q5 kicked with recoil and IMO a marginal trigger. Alan worked out the components to improve both aspects of the Q5 for me and I am now enjoying a once idle Q5. I may use it for steel challenge. Thanks again Alan.

Purchased the recoil management system for my TP9SFL and it preformed like a dream. Virtually no noticeable recoil. Back on target quick as lightning will be outfitting every thing I have with sprinco springs.
Sometimes you doubt products you find and claims that are made ,Since i am a tad older now i tend to check things out more than i use to.After some debate and from a recomomdation from frank i ordered a recoil system for my canik elite ,So I took it to my local range where it so happens we have a budiing canik group starting and went back and forth checking out the difference between the caniks .Glad to say we all were a bit susprised (even the grumpy old dudes were impressed ) so much so I oreder one for my Walther ppq m2 .... read more
I called with a very specific AR10 problem I had tried nearly everything to fix. Allen Dugger got on the phone and spent the time to ensure we had a solution to fix my over-gas/timing issue. He shipped it out same day and got it to me before I left for a training trip. Included was a three dollar cash refund because of an admin error. The gun is running like a machine now. Absolutely, awesome company with awesome customer service. Buy with confidence.
These guys are great! i was having extraction issues on an ar10 build i was doing for a wounded warrior (and friend). I showed up just before closing and they gave me the extractor kit i needed and when they found out who it who it was for they threw in an extra power buffer spring for free.
