Used these folks MANY times, and they have never failed to do it right... or if necessary make it right.
I purchased a running board and they shipped it to me without the bottom piece which is the only way you can mount the board. after 15 phone calls and Mike assuring me he would take care of it . of course he hasnt I tell him I am shipping it back he says noway! it was a special order and he is not taking it back. thats fine but he didnt send me a complete running board so why should I let him have my $175.00 for something that cannot be used. I say noway and he will deal with my attorney. thank you Teresa at p&p towing
