The Hyundai people have terrible customer service. We went there for my moms car and she mentioned a problem that we were having with my car. The guy offered to just "take a quick look" after which they said, "oh yeah, that will be $50".

Ooooh, it's a rare day that I leave a bad review, but I'm also in customer service, and I know bad customer service when I experience it. My power steering went out on my Ford Flex and it needs a new steering alignment sensor. Gave you guys a call, was told to leave a voicemail. Didn't hear from you after an hour and a half, called again, got another voicemail. Muscled the car down and was told the earliest you could see the car was 3 weeks from now? I get that sure, you guys get busy, and maybe staffing has been cut for bud... read more

I have called 4 times today beginning at 7:30 am to make a service appt. The receptionist NEVER answered the phone. I went straight to intergalactic hold for several minutes before I hung up each time. Thank goodness I knew how to dial service directly. No wonder people get irritated. The first impression is who answers the phone...oh wait....someone is supposed to answer????

The Quick Lane customer service is terrible. The staff doesn't care about the customer and show no regard for their vehicle, time or situation. No concern or understanding. I've spent a ton of money purchasing vehicles, but that's over now.

We took our 2014 Toyota 4Runner to the collision shop to get an estimate for damage repairs. My husband went over all of the damage we wanted fixed with the estimator and the estimator wrote up the estimate. We scheduled an appt for repairs and opted to provide our own parts. We dropped our vehicle off on Monday morning and on Tuesday afternoon I get a call saying the estimator didn't account for damage in his estimate that my husband clearly pointed out and that he no longer works there so we'll have to pay above the estima... read more
