Took my jeep in for an oil change they tried to charge me for services that they should have been doing in the two years going there and was told no they dont, then they broke my license plate bracket ant bent my license plate. The kid threw my keys at me the manager was very rude and they falsely forged my paperwork saying what I needed was fine and I work in a shop. I called the manager and he told me to take my business elsewhere. .. This company is crap
Today while my mother was driving from California to here in Ohio she had a stone get lodged between her brake pads and brake rotor. She did not feel safe driving because of the awful noise the car made when she hit her brakes. She brought the car in to the service department, not only did the dealership take care of my mother with courtesy and showed concern for her. Well I have bought two vehicles from spradley but now I know why people go to Colorado to buy cars and trucks, I would love to keep my money in Wyoming but it looks like mine will be heading south to, The worst service dept. ever, Quit selling cars with free service agreement if you cant handle the business and by reading the other comments it seems to be a ongoing problem , If you buy a car here good luck getting service as soon as it is out the door

I recently purchased a car from Spradley Barr. After owning the car for a few hours, I discovered a problem with a door lock. After speaking with several people, the dealership offered to fix the broken lock. They gave us a car to use while the vehicle was being repaired. After the repair was made, our car was delivered to us with a full tank of gas. We appreciate the extra steps the dealership went though to offer great customer service. Thank you!
Don't buy the prepaid service unless you have two hours to waste every time you need an oil change. Another review - brought the car in for service. When they called to tell me it was done, i figured they were done. No. Do you want it washed? Of course. That's what the salesman promised when i bought it. Came back, both Ford ands Toyota washes are broken. There's another one that does a great job, but takes a long time. Why didn't they do that before i got there? No concept of customer service.
Twice while traveling thru Cheyenne and Ft Collins we have had to pull in for emergency service and both times we have received great service - thank you for always getting us back on the road!
