My recent visit to Spradley Barr Greeley was for service to the heating and air conditioning controls. I was traveling and and the outside temps were in the single digits. The dealership personnel made room in the service schedule to get the problem diagnosed and then complete the repair in a very expedited time frame. The entire staff went out of the way to make the visit pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership for your purchasing and service needs.
I was so terribly disappointed with this dealership. I was in the market for a new truck had money in hand ready to go and they tried to convince me what I wanted was a 2017 Pick up and not a 2018. Even bold face lying to my face saying that the 2018s were not available yet. I went to Loveland found they did have the 2018 pick ups and for the same price as the 2017 they wanted to sell me in Cheyenne. UGH! I bought a 2017 tacoma last year, and the sale and ongoing included service are great. My wife just bought a 2015 rav 4 limited, and it is great. Brandon and Robert were great to deal with.
Withholding that 5th star to make sure they get my navigation system working on my MKX on the Jan 3rd appointment. Routine maintenance is always done efficiently and quickly!
Terribly dishonest and unorganized dealership. They make verbal contracts and do not follow them. Take your business somewhere more professional.

Spradley Barr is a great car dealership. I love Ford and my son started working for them a few days ago. He has a lot of experience and a great understanding on how to fix a lot of things correctly. I am very proud of my son and the talents he has been blessed with.
