We had a recall on the airbag in our 2016 4-runner. I asked to get tires rotated and oil change at the same time. The recall took longer than we expected so the service manager didn't charge us for the oil change or rotation! Great service and kept us in the loop!

I have been working with Spradley Toyota for 5 years. They have never failed to make sure everything about my Toyota Prius is in top notch condition. I have over 100,000 miles on this car and she runs like a champ thanks to the care I receive at Spradley. I moved from Cheyenne but still travel 300 miles to have Spradley do my service.

great customer service. not only did they treat us with the utmost respect Dwight took his time and went over many features of my new vehicle with me so that I could understand how they work. Also they were very patient and understanding when I would ask questions
Called ahead of time and they had what I was looking for. I sent them an email of the vehicle I wanted and they texted me back and said it was pulled and put in the garage so I would have a nice warm place to take a look at it. They were awesome to work with and made my experience great and rewarding. I definitely would recommend them!! Customer service did not stop at that time. They followed up to make sure I was still in love with my purchase and if I ever had any questions to call them at any time!
