Both the Service Department and Quicklane do an amazing job.
We had a good experience, this time, with the Ford service department. The drive train problem was fixed fairly quickly.
Dwight was an excellent salesman, and while we were there we noted several repeat customers working with him. He will work with you until you're happy because he wants your repeat business. No high pressure sales tactics at all. All in all, the best overall experience I've had at a dealership, and I've had many. Highly recommended.
