Anson came to our house on short notice to carefully and professionally assess the issues with our heater. He gave us our options and also explained in some detail how the furnace works so we could assess what to do on an ongoing basis considering it's an old system that, while it still works most of the time, could stop working again at some point. He had our best interests in mind and was not working on making a big sale on the spot. Thanks Anson!
