I never thought I could design my dream home, but Sposen Homes walked me through every step. Now, my kitchen flows perfectly into the living room, just how I wanted it for family gatherings. They listened to my needs and made the whole process stress-free.
They get one star because it can't get lower. I guess the FIRST dealing were good because he said all he said SOUNDED great, turns out he is just a good sales person. Be warned the price of your home will increase and not just because of inflation or code etc. Their own worker made the comment that he can generate a price increase. So many initial charges were commission charges and they advise you to use certain businesses that most, if not all, are also owned by them. DO NOT build with Sposen Homes!! My elderly parents wanted to build their dream home 2 years ago, they put hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars down to pay in advance, but after 2 years the company never completed the build!! They were promised the house by last year, but its a whole year later and this builder's scam is getting more evident. The original salesperson (Bob) said they would cap the upcharges at $5000 but after 2 years of waiting for the home to be built they were informed that they now owe over $80,00... read more

I purchased my home from Sposen Homes, 2 years ago. I have had numerous issues with the home that I wish Ihad found during the initial walk through and warranty. I have had to have many items in my home repaired due to the faulty work done by sub-contractors hired by Sposen Homes. Today i had to have my microware reattached to the wall because it was not attached properly and could have fallen. The AC unit was clogging due to the way the AC Contractor ran the AC lines and there are many more issues that i have corrected on m... read more
