I purchased my home from Sposen Homes, 2 years ago. I have had numerous issues with the home that I wish Ihad found during the initial walk through and warranty. I have had to have many items in my home repaired due to the faulty work done by sub-contractors hired by Sposen Homes. Today i had to have my microware reattached to the wall because it was not attached properly and could have fallen. The AC unit was clogging due to the way the AC Contractor ran the AC lines and there are many more issues that i have corrected on m... read more
Sposen built a home for my family of 4 in 2018 and we have thoroughly enjoyed our home over the past three years. Their quality and workmanship is much more than what you see with other builders in our area. I highly recommend them if you are seeking to build a new home.
