ZERO STARS - NEGATIVE STARS - 100K negative stars to be exact since that is how much he has taken and refusing to provide proof of work being done or justification for the request of 20k more. Terrible customer service. Bully tactics and threats of more rate increases if not paid in 5 days. They failed to provide proof of what the increase was for.
