My Apple CarPlay stopped working and my vehicle’s system needed an update. My service advisor, Louis was attentive, precise, and went above and beyond. He quoted me that the whole process would take an hour and a half and in an hour and 25 minutes he advised me that the car was done. I had a issue with the car first thing in the morning called and spoke with Fidel a service advisor and he told me to come in immediately and greeted me at the car found the problem kept me in the loop the entire time I waited great service worth the drive over love my Subaru
The people were very helpful and kept me informed on the status of my car.
We just bought a crosstrek! All thanks to Will.M who made the process so easy for us ,it was like a cakewalk. He understood our requirements and made sure we had best thing in our hands!
