Extremely grateful for all the help from Service Manager Paul. My A/C stopped cooling in my Outback, I called my usual Subaru and they did not have a service appointment available until the following week. I called Sport Subaru and Paul had me come in that same day and set me up with a loaner while they worked on my car. They were able to fix my car by the next day, immensely grateful for the service and treatment. Will definitely be coming here for future servicing for my Outback!

My Apple CarPlay stopped working and my vehicle’s system needed an update. My service advisor, Louis was attentive, precise, and went above and beyond. He quoted me that the whole process would take an hour and a half and in an hour and 25 minutes he advised me that the car was done. Despite the updates, my phone and my car were still not connecting. He encouraged me to update my phone while I was there and checked on me periodically while waiting for my phone to update. I want to give a huge thank you to my service advisor, Blaine, for helping me through an issue I had with my WRX STI. We just bought a crosstrek! All thanks to Will.M who made the process so easy for us ,it was like a cakewalk. He understood our requirements and made sure we had best thing in our hands!
