My experience is with the Knoxville office. U do realize that a sprain generally require a cast. However when a patient is complaining of a sprained ankle that is very unstable I think it is better to cast it instead of using a pneumatic boot or brace. Instead of this place casting it it was put in a boot which has caused more pain, and it leaks air. I called back about getting it casted and was told that I had to have an MRI. I have taken my daughter multiple times to see Dr. Cole in the Murfreesboro office. He is a great doctor and very caring and talks to my teenager daughter and lets her know what is going on and what to do. She currently has a broken ankle due to softball. Dr. Cole was amazing and calmed her down about playing and what he could do to help her to finish out her season. I would highly recommend Dr. Cole as well as his staff they are amazing! I am great full to them to turn too.
I went to the Murfreesboro location this morning to have my foot looked at since I was pretty sure it was broken. I was seen immediately, x-rays done and within less than 30 minutes I was being shown pictures of my broken foot and given treatment instructions. Cole and the entire staff were GREAT. Very caring and attentive and genuinely concerned for my recovery. Highly recommended.
These guys and gals are the best at the Mt Juliet Tn location. Took the best care of me on a Sunday after I called at 3 AM!! for help. At 3 AM Dr K answered my call and told me he would take care of me. Great to know they are there with no wait time and the answers. If you need them don’t hesitate.
Gave me wrong diagnosis and put me on a cast because they said i have a fracture when its just a tendonitis! Its all about the money
I was well pleased with my visit, Sunday, April 15, to the Sport Ortho Urgent Care in Mt. Juliet. I loved the convenience of going on a Sunday. Dr. Kaelin had a great personality and bed-side manner. He had an immediate plan of action. I look forward to being treated by Dr. Kaelin and his competent staff.
We just had an amazing visit with the Mt. Juliet location. The staff there are amazing. Not only are they open in Sunday's but also took time to explain exactly what was going on and set up a time convenient for us to come in for MRI and is taking care of scheduling surgery for us. We will definitely continue to use them for our ortho emergencys.
My experience with Sports Ortho has been incredible. I went to the Mt. Juliet location and have been treated like family. They were able to see me on Sunday, they took amazing care of me and have been there every step of the way. They told me how it was. Didn't over charge me for anything I didn't need. I can't say enough good things.
