Sport Mazda of Orlando was AWESOME! I live in Myrtle beach South Carolina and flew down to purchase this car because of the great deals I saw they had as well as that they were one of the few dealerships on the east coast that had a 5 star rating. I requested to work with Henry because of his reviews that I read and I made a GREAT decision. Originally just came in to look to see what model I wanted, but ended up driving off the lot with a gorgeous CX-5. Mustapha was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He was very informative, encouraged me to test drive while testing features, and all without the tense pressure other dealerships/sales people portray. I purchased a Ford Expedition 2020 with 750 miles on it... Practically brand new. The next day the vehicle started acting up. I opened the hood found the engine cover burned and ripped, missing battery cover, wires hanging out of place and peeled... Since the charge over a 1000 for the famous 12 point inspection how in the world they missed what I found. I took the suv back so they csn fix that. They gave me a loaner. Staff is alway nice and accommodating. You never wait for someone to great you. Office is always clean and nicely organized. You always make sure that there is water and refreshments for customers. When sitting with a sales person they listen to what you like and then make recommendations. Customer service, follow up and get me exactly the car that I wanted. I have been a Toyota fan for years, but your excellent customer service won me over. Thank you!
