GREAT Facility, I'm there every evening playing ball and working out. I Highly recommend this place. staff is also amazing and friendly.
Nice facility for specific team sport training. It is coupled with a physical therapy center. The machine and free weight areas are comparatively small and can get crowded at times. However, the main drawback is that this place is quite cliquish if you're there for individual exercise or even with a personal trainer in a 1:1 or small group setting.
