I don't normally have any issue. I guess it's more of a question. If the times given on the app aren't "appointments" Then why wouldn't someone be assigned to a sooner time when they arrive before other clients? Why would someone be made to sit there for 30 or 60 minutes while the stylist is doing a job. Just to yes, have someone show up who happen to have placed an "appointment" earlier but didn't make it earlier to the actual store. I am forever waiting and waiting as it seems a lot of people do.
