I went here for convenience but that ends now. I waited for 2 hours to get an overpriced haircut to find out that their craptastic app had sent me to the wrong store (mostly because this was was showing as "unavailable" since 10 this morning) just to have to drive back home. This is just ridiculous. It isn't the black plague, and it's not rocket science. RecommendedSweet Cheesus! You would think we were waiting for AWESOME concert tickets... Nope! Just getting haircuts after lockdown for the boys. Up early to beat the rush (already lined up outside), 2nd attempt in 48hrs, total travel 180 miles, much needed outting time. I knew we should have pitched a tent! Whoop whoop they are in! We made the cut! Thank you Soledad Prater you are essential to us!

totally not prepared for the covid19 rush. wait times are over 3-5 hours even when you registered online. system kicks you off wait-list after an hour. no organization at all.

RecommendedI was due for a haircut before COVID-19 hit, so as soon as the lockdown was over, I booked a haircut at this location. The check-in function on their website was seamless and the estimated wait time was spot-on. The staff was ready for me when I got there and were extremely accommodating. They provided hand sanitizer as soon as I got in the door and had lysoled chairs between haircuts. Despite being shut down for nearly two months, they didn't miss a beat!
