They messed my kids hair cut up and they also charged 10$ on top of the hair cut for “detailed haircut”….. I get the same cut for my kid EVERYTIME never have ever been charged for a detailed hair cut charge…
When I sign in, go to the restroom and says, i'm on deck. I come out and then it says, I am the next available because I wasn't in the lobby. I even told him I was going to the restroom. So I walked out, I wasn't gonna wait another 15 minutes. When I was next. That's a joke poorly run business
My stylist who cut my 11-year-old son‘s hair was absolutely amazing and did a great job. Not only that, she played along with him pretending like he was British the entire time. The two of them had everyone there cracking up. She made his haircut fun. That is not easy to do, he absolutely hates getting haircuts. He loved it this time!
Went back to this location after a few years no am glad that I did. Tracy was my stylist and she is excellent at hair. Very friendly and fast as well. I’ll keep going back as long as g as she is here.
