God awful! My head looked like an uneven fuzzy qtip. I did 2 stars though, because the girl was nice, and she tried: I asked for a flattop, and she did tell me up-front that she didn’t know how. I should have said “thank you” and left, but I had already waited over half an hour for my turn, so I asked her to just shorten it up “start skin tight on the side and fade it up” then “just shorten the top” which was a bit spiked because my once-flattop wasn’t so flat anymore. I recently had a stroke went to get a hair cut My girlfriend went to see how long the and such told no wait she called me said come on in 5 minutes it took me to walk from handicap parking they took customer that walked in after her because I was not in there yet They said they called my name she was standing right by the cash register and said they didn't I said ok I will wait and the staff got rude as f$$ k because I ask what happened to the no waiting? Stay far away from this place unless you want to be forced to pay for an awful haircut while the "stylist" blames the person who cut it last. The last haircut was perfectly fine, just overgrown. Picture of this disaster in the comments.
Asked the hairstylist specifically not to touch the length of my hair, just needed to clean the back and ears up. She lopped over 2" off. Nice enough lady but now I look like I have a bowl cut.
Elise is the best , hands down. She’s been cutting my hair since the Bartlett store opened in 2004. Had to follow her over to the Stonebridge store!
It took an hour wait but they were packed. Elise did a wonderful magnificent perfect job on my hair. First time cut, wont be last. Her being so pretty and so hot helps, too. She deserved a much bigger tip.
Go see Lacy!! She is amazing! So good with kids & does exactly what you want!!
