I had a coupon that said free mvp hair cut. Didn't say purchase necessary or at participating locations only. Yet they wouldn't honor the coupon. I used to always go here. But they lost my service today. DON'T PUT COUPONS OUT IF YOU DON'T LET CUSTOMERS USE THEM! horrible.

I usually love going in. But this last time the lady was rude about my choice of hair cut. Was way to rough on the shampo. Worst of all she cut the back of head really bad.
Frustrated with the price. And the price went up this year. Kids shouldnt be 17or $18 for a hair cut. maybe $8- $10. especially since they dont need product or shave or anything. just a quick 10 minute in and out haircut. thats what moms are looking for...
