I ordered the chicken fried steak sandwich. It was overcooked to say the least. tasted like it was fried in old grease. This was my first visit and had extremely high hopes as everyone had said this place was awesome. My experience was mediocre at best. Will probably give them one more chance possibly in the future.
This place was every bit as adorable and charming as I had been told! The service was great and the food was wonderful. Our sweet waitress was so kind to ask if I wanted ranch dressing with my fried okra. I did, and who would have known how delicious those things are together?! I ordered the McKinney Sandwich and loved it, and my friend was equally impressed with her club sandwich. I hope to visit again someday!
