staff is amazing.. highest patient care anywhere!!
Business response:
Thanks for the fantastic recommendation, Mark!
Their incompetence shined bright when we were admitted with our son. Edited chart notes, didn’t see a doctor for 48 hours, no one willing to help when we asked for it! Terrible Hospital!
Business response:
This is never the kind of feedback we enjoy receiving, Alisha, but it's important for us to be aware of the problem so we can fix the issue. If you haven't discharged yet, please speak with the nurse manager of the unit your son is admitted to. If you have discharged, please consider speaking with Patient Relations. You can reach them by calling 509-474-3000 or emailing WeCare@providence.org.

My three year old has been struggling with seizures for a year now. We finally got in to see someone and this person dismissed every word I said before it left my lips. She heard two febrile seizures before and immediately made up her decision on my child. Regardless of the fact that he is not having febrile seizures. I felt immediately unwelcomed and like my child was just a paycheck to this person. After she reluctantly ordered a test she then decided my child could not have epilepsy because the test came back normal and o... read more
