RecommendedI have nothing but positive reviews about this place. my son has been in and out a total of 3.5 weeks in the hospital and he just turned 3 months old. I've had some really pleasant doctors, some that tired to bully me into a second spinal tap when I kept saying no as the one was only 10 days prior. They took amazing care of my grandson who was in the NICU for almost 4 months. The nurses were fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about the Ronald McDonald Family rooms there on site and the Ronald McDonald House just a short distance away. Also very helpful was their Sunflower program. The cafeteria food was really good with plenty of healthy choices.
the staff was amazing with my son when he went through cancer at the age of 2 he is now going on 8 years cancer free on the 12th of December 12/12/12 was his last round of kemo prayers for sakima is my son's Facebook page hope to see some new likes!!!! thank you to all the staff that was/ is still there !!!!!
I would never go to the adult side because they think anyone of color just goes their for pain pills when I needed surgery for my gallbladder and it almost killed me. But suprisingly enough they treated my son so wonderful on the children's side. Kept us informed every step waiting for the results to see if he fractured his toe..which he did. They were great on children's side!
They take such good care of both the kiddo and the parents. Great communication about what they are doing and what they are checking for. My daughter has had the misfortune of being there at least five times this year. The staff did a wonderful job of calming her down and us, while making sure her medical needs were taken care of. If you have an emergency with your child, this is the place to go.

One nurse didn’t wash her hands and when I politely reminded her by saying “hey let’s wash our hands so he doesn’t get sick,” she said, “hahaha oh yeah you should wash your hands especially in this place” and proceeds to leave the room. I don’t know if she didn’t realize she didn’t wash her hands but seriously? I feel like that was a pretty big hint. If you want my full review, visit Yelp.
