I have never been so disappointed in a hospital ever. My mom was brought by EMS and she was treated with rudeness and arrogance the entire week she was in there. No communication from physicians unless we called. They accused her of drinking alcohol when she DOES NOT drink alcohol. The nurses were rude and acted out out when asked for anything. When she left on Tuesday, they did not even take her out to the car or even the front door in a wheelchair! I will NEVER NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone which is terribly disa... read more

I had a very unfortunate experience at SR memorial hospital. I was transported by the paramedics with excruciating abdominal pain and passed out twice. I was in the ER for 6 hrs. The doctor on duty spoke briefly to me and ordered blood work, CT scan. No physical contact, the doctor never examined me. When CT scan report he came back to give me results, was distracted left my room and said I’ll be back to explain treatment. He never returned to finish explaining my condition.
